PEDAGOGICAL CONTENTS

The first thing I noticed was that my CT had prepared not only the materials but also himself before the session starts. He was very knowledgeable while the teaching and learning activities were ongoing. It was like he mastered it in several years of teaching. He also accommodated the questions or inquiries of the students; it was one of the great steps in having strong foundation of concepts to the child so that misconceptions will be prevented.

 

The usage of ICT is always observed not only to our mentor but also in teaching SCIENCE subject. It is necessary for the students to experience and see phenomenon and demonstrations which ICT can support. Mr. Suhadi was not only basing his lessons/ discussion from the book, he has updated presentation and data from the internet. The students are graded based on their performance, like operating a microscope and boardworks.

 

To Mr. Suhadi, thank you for welcoming us as your student- teacher. I will be always grateful to see you again Sir. You are always there to give efforts even though you have difficulties in speaking in English and we will always keep in our minds to visit you when we go back in Indonesia since you said that your home is widely open for us. Again THANK YOU SO MUCH!
